FCAI stands for the Finnish Center for Artificial Intelligence. It is not a university and is not located in the United States. FCAI is a Finnish research center in artificial intelligence launched in 2018 under the Academy of Finland's Flagship Programme. It is hosted by Aalto University in close collaboration with the University of Helsinki and the University of Oulu. The University of Helsinki is a public research university located in Helsinki, Finland, founded in 1640. It is one of Finland's largest and oldest universities, with multiple campuses in the Helsinki region.
