Cornell Tech

Cornell Tech is a technology-focused graduate campus of Cornell University, located on Roosevelt Island in New York City. Established through a partnership with the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology, it operates the Jacobs Technion-Cornell Institute and offers master's and doctoral programs in computer science, engineering, business, law, and health technology. Its curriculum emphasizes interdisciplinary, project-based learning, entrepreneurship, and close collaboration with industry and the New York City tech ecosystem. The campus officially opened in 2017 on a 12-acre site on Roosevelt Island, featuring a collection of modern, sustainable buildings designed by prominent architects. It houses academic classrooms, research laboratories, co-working and incubator spaces, student housing, and executive-education facilities, all aimed at fostering innovation and translating research into real-world ventures.
