Wrexham University

Wrexham University is a public university in Wrexham, Wales, United Kingdom. Originally founded in 1887 as the Wrexham School of Science and Art, it achieved university status in 2008 as Glyndŵr University and was renamed Wrexham University in 2022. It offers a range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs across arts, sciences, engineering, education, health, and business, with a strong focus on employability, applied learning, and regional engagement. The university operates from several sites in and around Wrexham, including the Plas Coch campus close to the town center and the Regent Street center.
