St Marys University

St Mary's University, Twickenham is a public Roman Catholic university located in Strawberry Hill, Twickenham, London. It was founded in 1850 by the Catholic Poor Schools Committee to train teachers and has evolved into a modern university with a strong reputation in education, sport, health, theology, and the liberal arts. It is the only Catholic university in London and was granted full university status in 2014, having previously been a university college with degree-awarding powers.
