Technical University of Munich Asia (TUM Asia) is the Asian campus of the Technical University of Munich (TUM), one of Germany's most prestigious technical universities. It is important to note that TUM Asia is located in Singapore, not Germany, despite its German institutional affiliation. Established in 2002 as TUM's first overseas campus, TUM Asia was created to bring German engineering education, research standards, and industry collaboration to the Asia-Pacific region. The campus primarily offers postgraduate programs in fields such as aerospace engineering, industrial chemistry, and rail, transport and logistics, often delivered in partnership with Singaporean institutions like Nanyang Technological University (NTU) and the National University of Singapore (NUS).
