SRH University is a state-recognised private higher education network in Germany, operated by the non-profit SRH Holding foundation. Founded in 1969, it has grown into one of Germany's largest private university groups, offering more than 200 accredited bachelor's, master's, and MBA programmes in both German and English across 18 campuses nationwide. In October 2024, five SRH universities merged into a single SRH University brand, strengthening its national and international positioning. The university is known for its CORE teaching model (Competence Oriented Research and Education), which emphasises small-group, project-based learning in five-week blocks rather than traditional large lectures. Students come from more than 140 countries, and programmes span management, computer science, engineering, psychology, health sciences, law, tourism, communication, design, and creative media. SRH reports that over 90% of graduates find employment within one year of graduation. Campuses are located in major German cities including Berlin, Heidelberg, Hamburg, Cologne, Leipzig, Dresden, Munich, and Stuttgart. Heidelberg's riverside campus is among the largest and oldest in the network, while newer sites such as the Munich campus feature specialised facilities including professional recording studios. The institution maintains partnerships with roughly 250 universities worldwide and participates in the Erasmus+ programme.
