Student Service Agreement

By registering for, accessing, or using any part of the NexStudy / NexStudy student portal, mobile application, or any associated services (collectively, "the Platform"), you ("the Student" or "User") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines posted on the Platform.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform and must not create an account.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and NexStudy Educational Services Pvt. Ltd. ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, and registered in India.

By ticking the acceptance checkbox during registration, you confirm:

(a) You are at least 13 years of age, or have obtained valid parental/guardian consent if between 13–17 years.

(b) You are 18 years or older if you intend to enter paid competitions or make any payment on the Platform.

(c) You have read, understood, and consent to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

(d) You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
