Saba University School of Medicine is a private for-profit medical school located in The Bottom on the island of Saba in the Caribbean Netherlands. Despite its name, Saba University School of Medicine is not located in the European Netherlands but rather on Saba, a small volcanic island that is a special municipality of the Kingdom of the Netherlands. The institution is accredited by the Accreditation Organization of the Netherlands and Flanders (NVAO) and is recognized by the World Federation for Medical Education (WFME), among other approvals. Its graduates are eligible to participate in the United States Medical Licensing Examination (USMLE) and residency matching programs.
