The London School of Geometry and Number Theory (LSGNT) is not an independent university but a UK Centre for Doctoral Training (CDT) focused on research-level mathematics in geometry and number theory. It is a partnership between Imperial College London, King's College London, and University College London (UCL), with funding from the Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC). Students are admitted to the PhD programme and benefit from the combined expertise, resources, and supervision across the three partner institutions. The programme emphasises broad training in geometry and number theory, including areas such as algebraic geometry, arithmetic geometry, representation theory, and topology, alongside professional skills development.
