Flinders University

Flinders University is a public research university based in Adelaide, South Australia. Established in 1966 and named after the British navigator Matthew Flinders, it is particularly recognized for its strengths in medicine, health sciences, engineering, education, humanities, and social sciences. The university is a member of the Innovative Research Universities (IRU) group and operates several campuses, including its main Bedford Park campus, the Tonsley innovation precinct, Victoria Square in Adelaide's CBD, and regional locations such as Mount Gambier and Renmark.
