Nelson Marlborough Institute of Technology (NMIT) is a public tertiary education institution located in the Nelson and Marlborough regions of New Zealand's South Island. It provides a range of vocational and applied education programs, including certificates, diplomas, bachelor's degrees, and postgraduate qualifications across areas such as business, information technology, engineering, nursing, viticulture, aquaculture, and the creative industries. NMIT operates campuses in Nelson and Blenheim, serving students from the local region and around the world. In 2020, NMIT became part of Te Pūkenga – New Zealand Institute of Skills and Technology, the national network of polytechnics and institutes of technology, while continuing to deliver education under its regional identity.
