Munich University of Applied Science

Munich University of Applied Sciences (Hochschule München, HM) is one of Germany's largest universities of applied sciences. Founded in 1971 through the merger of several technical and business colleges, it is a public institution located in Munich, Bavaria. It offers a broad range of bachelor's and master's programs across engineering, business, social sciences, and design, with a strong emphasis on practical, application-oriented education and close collaboration with industry partners. The university serves around 18,000 students and employs roughly 2,000 staff. It operates multiple urban campuses in Munich, including sites at Lothstraße, Karlstraße, and Pasing.
