EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht (EBS University of Economics and Law) is a private, state-recognized university in Germany. It was founded in 1971 as the European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel and was renamed EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht in 2011. The university is organized into two faculties: EBS Business School and EBS Law School, offering programs in business administration, management, and law with a strong focus on international orientation and practical relevance. EBS operates two campuses: the main business campus in Oestrich-Winkel in the Rheingau region and the law campus in Wiesbaden.
